Co-founder, Admin, CranioSacral Therapist and Teaching Assistant at Integrated Equine Therapies
Yolanda brings a unique element to her work by using the Integrated Equine Therapies program to address riders' physical imbalances, offering her innate ability to quickly identify and heal physical issues, helping people deepen their partnership with their horses. This partnership with Integrated Equine Therapies allows the opportunity to bring ReBalancing of the human body and spirit both with and without the assistance of the horse.
During sessions, clinics, and events with IET, this often occurs through the guidance of the Equus. Balancing the rider brings balance to the horse and vice versa by bridging the gap between the horse and rider.
Yolanda has a passion for working alongside Tom as a Co-Facilitator at Courses and Events. She plays an important administrative role in the IET Training Program, as well as assisting with hands-on techniques during courses and events.
Yolanda acknowledges the unique partnership working alongside Tom. They share the dream of bringing the healing methods of Integrated Equine Therapies to both humans and animals.
Yolanda has extensive training and is a Teaching Assistant at the Upledger Institute, a healthcare resource center recognized worldwide. She is a member of the International Association of Healthcare Practitioners (IAHP), the International Association of Healthcare Educators (IAHE), and the California Massage Therapy Council (CAMTC).
Yolanda is a licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) specializing in CranioSacral Therapy (CST) and Myofascial Release. She has special interests in SomatoEmotional Release (SER), Nutrition, Immunizations, and Homeopathy. She is Reiki certified and strongly believes in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). She incorporates these theories to assist with the assessment and ReBalancing of the Body.
