Certification – (IET CST) Equine CranioSacral Techniques
(IET EQ CST) Equine CranioSacral Techniques Certification Program offers the most comprehensive and effective assessment of common and elusive equine health issues in the world today. Horse owners, riders, trainers, and therapists have become more knowledgeable and desire a deeper understanding of the common conditions their horses display. This certification program is uniquely focused on teaching students techniques, approaches, and diagnostic protocols that have tremendous results and are easily verified by multiple means.

(IET CST) Equine CranioSacral Techniques Certification Program is a 4-Step Process:
Step 1:
- Attend (IET CST 1) Equine CranioSacral Techniques 1 Course.
- Complete two case studies and one 5-minute videotape session with a horse using the techniques learned in IET EQ CST1 Course. The case studies and videotape need to be completed before attending IET EQ CST 2.
Step 2:
- Attend (IET CST 2) Equine CranioSacral Techniques 2 Course.
- Complete two case studies and one 5-minute videotape session with a horse using the techniques learned in IET EQ CST2 Course. The case studies and videotape need to be completed before attending IET EQ CST3.
- Assist at one of the IET Equine CranioSacral courses*. This requirement can be completed during steps 2 or 3. While assisting, Tom will evaluate the student’s techniques and understanding of Equine CranioSacral Therapy.
Step 3:
- Attend (IET CST3) Equine CranioSacral Techniques 3 Course.
- Complete two case studies and one 5-minute videotape session with a horse using the techniques learned in IET EQ CST2 Course. The case studies and videotape will need to be submitted and graded within 2 months of completing the third course.
- Assist at one of the Equine CranioSacral courses*. This requirement can be completed during steps 2 or 3. While assisting, Tom will be evaluating your techniques and your understanding of Equine CranioSacral Therapy.
Step 4:
- Schedule a date with Tom Mayes for your final practicum
- Practicum includes verbal, written & hands-on testing.
* Students must assist during at least 1 (IET CST) Equine CranioSacral Techniques Course. Assistant positions are only open to students who have met the IET Foundational Techniques Skills, and students can only assist in a course they have already attended.
Students who have satisfactorily completed all necessary requirements listed above will earn their Certification in (IET EQ CST) Equine CranioSacral Techniques after passing Step 4.
Students wishing to become certified in (IET CST) will need to enroll in the Equine CranioSacral Courses. Each Equine CranioSacral Course builds upon the previous course and is important that students take all courses in order. Students are able to enroll in this certification program at the same time they register to attend one of the Equine CranioSacral Courses. Or they can enroll at a later date. Students wishing to become certified in (IET EQ CST) must enroll within 6 months of completing the (IET EQ CST3) Course.

Complete all 3 IET Equine CranioSacral Techniques Courses and have met the IET Foundational Techniques Skills requirements.

Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy
Registration may be canceled or transferred at any time up to 30 after payment is received. There will be a $50 fee for this cancellation or transfer. Any cancellation or transfer made after this 30-day period will be charged a $100 fee.
