Integrated Equine Therapies
Advanced Osteopathic Techniques 4
IET OSTEO 4
Lymphatics and Energetic Healing
In this 3-day course, students will build upon previous osteopathic coursework to treat the equine body as a functioning whole. OSTEO 4 emphasizes advanced treatment sequencing, integrating multiple modalities to address deeper emotional, belief, and spiritual dysfunctions. Students will deepen their understanding of vascular, neural, and craniosacral protocols to release pelvic tension and restore balance. The AGR concept (Area of Greatest Restriction) is central, highlighting how misalignments in purpose manifest physically and emotionally. As students explore the profound connections between horses and humans, they will learn how the horse’s AGR often mirrors the human’s, leading to deeper healing insights.
Additionally, this course covers Soul Retrieval, connecting fragmented soul pieces to restore the Physical, Emotional, Mental, and Spiritual (PEMS) state. Techniques include craniosacral mobilization, treating gelding scars, and addressing deeper fascial holding patterns. Topics such as Equine Metabolic Syndrome and lymphatic mobilization will help students understand how these systems interact with physical and metabolic disturbances.
Osteo 4 completes a comprehensive osteopathic integrated model, because it allows for a comprehensive whole body efficacious approach. Competency at this level is profound and truly allows the title Equine Osteopathic Practitioner should you choose to continue on to Certification.
