Integrated Equine Therapies
TRAINING PROGRAM
The IET Training Program offers an in-depth, hands-on journey for equine professionals, veterinarians, and horse enthusiasts who seek to deepen their understanding and enhance their skills in equine therapy. This is more than a physical program—it's about forming a deeper connection to the spirit of the horse, learning what Equus has to teach you in an intuitive sense. Our program begins with the Foundational Techniques Course, which focuses on uncovering and addressing the root causes of lameness and dysfunction to restore balance to the whole horse.
From there, the CranioSacral Techniques Course takes you deeper, guiding you through advanced assessments of cranial, cervical, and full-body imbalances. For those ready to fully immerse themselves in the art of equine therapy, our Osteopathic Techniques Courses offers a comprehensive exploration of osteopathic methods, addressing crucial areas such as vascular, neural, organ and metabolic patterns. These techniques taught are the most advanced in the Equine world today.
Each course is designed to not only strengthen your intuitive connection with the horse but also to build your confidence and effectiveness in treatment. With small class sizes, personalized guidance, and an integrative, multi-modality approach, we ensure a learning experience that is both profound and transformative.
In addition to individual courses, we offer certification programs in Foundational, CranioSacral, and Osteopathic Techniques, providing a clear pathway for professional growth and recognition in the field. Enrolling in our program gives you the tools, knowledge, and support to truly transform the vitality and spirit of the horses you work with.
Our training program begins with two classes, where the only prerequisites are the Merging With Equus video and a willingness to learn new modalities for healing: IET Foundational Techniques and IET CranioSacral Techniques. While the Foundational course offers a comprehensive introduction, CranioSacral focuses more on specialized techniques for equine professionals.
From there, students can progress to our Osteopathic Techniques series, starting with IET OSTEO 1 (prerequisite: CranioSacral Techniques), followed by OSTEO 2, 3, 4 and 5 in succession. The OSTEO courses are ideal for those seeking a deeper understanding and a career path in equine therapy.
We also offer certification programs in each area, allowing you to become an IET Equine Foundational Practitioner, Equine CranioSacral Practitioner, or Advanced Equine Osteopathic Practitioner.
